By day, I'm a Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic, caring for patients and making a difference in their lives. But my love for good food, great company, and unforgettable experiences led me to create The Snackerie – a mobile charcuterie bar that brings people together over beautifully curated boards full of meats, cheeses, and all the delicious extras.
