Charcuterie Cups: Based off of the catering menu
BASIC: $7–$10, Simple presentation with basic cheese, meat, crackers, and a few fruits
STANDARD: $10–$15, Includes 2 cheeses, 1–2 meats, fruit, nuts, crackers, garnish
PREMIUM: $15 Higher-end meats/cheeses, upgraded presentation (e.g., clear cups, bamboo cones), more variety, garnished with herbs or florals
Charcuterie Boards: Based off of the catering menu
Small: 10 inch board, feeds up to 2 people, includes: 1 meat, cheese, fruit, veggie, nut OR dried fruit, olive OR pickle, 1 condiment, 1 bread OR cracker, 1 sweet, no add-ons
Cost: $55-$65 (higher end cost is higher quality of meat/cheese/presentation)
Medium: 11x7 board, feeds up to 3-5 people, includes: 2 meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, 1 nut & dried fruit, 1 olive & pickle, 2 condiments, 1 bread, 1 cracker, no add-on, 1 sweet
Cost: $90-$100 (higher end cost is higher quality of meat/cheese/presentation)
Large: 14 x 10 board, feeds 6-10 people, includes: 3 meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, 1 nut & dried fruit, 1 olive & pickle, 2 condiments, 1 bread, 2 crackers, 1 add-on 1 sweet
Cost: $150-$175 (higher end cost is higher quality of meat/cheese/presentation)
THE BIG ONE : 2 foot board, feeds 15-20 people, includes: 4 meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, 1 nut, 1 dried fruit, 1 olive, 1 pickle, 3 condiments, 2 breads, 2 crackers, 1 add-on, 1 sweet (*local delivery only, board must be returned, see first picture on page for size reference)
Cost: $300-$375 (higher end cost is higher quality of meat/cheese/presentation)
Grazing Table
Small Table (approx. 30 people): approximately 3 feet, feeds 20-30 people and can range from $300-$600 dollars
Medium Table: Approximately 6 feet, feeds 50-60 people and can range from $600-$1,200 dollars
Large Table: Approximately 8-10 feet, feeds 80-100 people and can range from $800-$2,000+

A mobile cart that has all of your fixings of your choice from a pre-selected menu and allows your guest to come and create their own small charcuterie board!
Their choices are beautifully displaced on charcuterie boards that allow your guest to mingle and adds a very fun and interactive element to your day. This includes an attendant to allow smooth pickings and ensure that you don't need to worry about having to refill your delicious choices!

3–4 cheeses (cheddar, gouda, brie, blue)
3 meats (salami, prosciutto, peppered ham)
Crackers, crostini, and baguette slices
Seasonal fresh fruits & dried fruits
Nuts (almonds, pistachios), olives, pickles

Cart Rental: Minimum of 2 hrs./max of four hours at $100/hr., anything after 4 hours is $50 extra (cost includes shopping time, prep time in the kitchen, driving time, set-up time, service, clean up)
